Experience in Reading 360, Wilson Language Training, or other evidence based educational programming designed to improve reading and literacy skills. Experience with distance education, virtual learning platforms, and technology instruction. Responds to client crisis or emergency according to established procedures. Coordinates all client assessments and client reporting using ServTracker, or other computer systems.

Responsible for Connecting Hearts Program including identifying clients in need. Recruits, matches and trains the Connecting Hearts volunteers to help meet client needs.

Responsible for record compliance and monitors assessment process to maintain compliance. Utilizes computer programs to collect, organize and produce necessary statistics and reports, including relevant financial reports. Answers and responds to multi-line telephone and computerized messages to record client information necessary for eligibility, referral, and client support.
